Indivision ("we", "us") is a sole proprietorship based in Johannesburg, South Africa. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect
Contact and enquiry details: when you contact us or fill in our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry.
Client information: if you become a client, we collect the business details needed to provide our services, such as your business name, address, and billing information. Subscription clients receive a client dashboard login, for which we store your email address and login activity.
Website usage data: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location. This data does not personally identify you.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who processes your information
- Payfast processes online payments. We never see or store your card details.
- Google Analytics processes anonymised website usage data. For client websites, this analytics data is held in our Google Analytics account and displayed to each client in their own dashboard.
- Our hosting and email providers store data as needed to deliver our services.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. Client records are kept for as long as you are a client, and thereafter as required by South African tax and business law.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete your personal information
- Object to how your information is used
