Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for once-off website builds and website subscription plans.
Once-off website builds
- Your deposit is refundable in full if you cancel before work begins.
- Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If you cancel mid-project, completed work is billed against your deposit, and any remaining balance is refunded.
Subscription plans
- Monthly subscription fees cover services already rendered (hosting, maintenance, and support for that month) and are non-refundable.
- Cancelling your subscription stops all future billing. You can cancel directly from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Your website remains online until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No pro-rata refunds are given for partial months.
Billing errors
If you are charged incorrectly or charged twice due to an error on our side, the incorrect amount will be refunded in full.
Non-refundable third-party costs
Domain registrations are paid to third-party registrars and are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email info@indivision.co.za with your name, the payment date, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 to 3 business days. If a request is declined, we will explain why.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Payfast within 7 to 10 business days of approval.
